Everything was simply really good. Had very nice stay for a business trip with extremely polite staff and marvellous location near the metro station. The breakfast was bountiful, the check in was early. Could leave our car in nearby garage.

Excellent tram accessibility, warm lobby ambiance, luxurious shower options
Noise from nearby tram lines impacted my sleep!!! Air conditioning issues were frustrating, particularly with inconsistent functionality during stays!!! Maintaining better communication regarding city tax charges could clear up confusion during check-in!!!

It took me to decide to take it because I wanted to be able to visit Milan without worrying about the car or paying for private parking, parking lot especially needs a remodeling because the spaces are fair and there is little room to maneuver.
The price is high, besides he was surprised that the breakfast had to be "added" for 8 euros/person, I consider that paying 130 euros/night should be included. The rooms have space and are equipped with a bathroom with a large shower (but only the shower) but on a personal level I felt somewhat "cloistered" in the room because there is no light. Don't forget that the tourist tax applied to a 4 star hotel is higher, so the final price of 140 euros I paid for 1 night without breakfast seemed excessive. There are other options with a better quality-price ratio.

The location is great (less than 10 minutes walk from the metro station). There is a private parking of the hotel, and the staff really tries to help you out in any way they can. The hotel is very clean and quiet.
The breakfast is nothing special, and there is not a lot of stuff you can choose from (and even much much less if you order your breakfast in the room). Also the breakfast roome, which is located on the 5th floor, is supposed to have a view - but all you see is a Milano intersection.

Absolutely loved my stay! The breakfast was to die for, especially with the amazing view. Enjoyed a surprise upgrade, and the room's decor was gorgeous, far exceeding expectations. Definitely returning!

Very nice training room, good atmpsphare. No need to change metro line to the Malpensa Express station.
Extreamly irritating Wi-Fi, and room internet(even I payed for it). I really needed to use internet to book airplane ticket to reach meeting grandfather who got suddenly very ill, so it was huge problem that I couldn't use it freely. It ended up with inorm telephon-fee to call many airplane companies...

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. At 250m you will find the Gambara metro stop, which takes you directly to the Duomo (8 stops) or to the Cadorna train station, to take a train to Como (5 stops). In general it is very well located, as you escape from the bustle of the center, but it is certainly next door. The room is very spacious, great wardrobe, mini bar for payment, complimentary tea, etc.. The bathroom was very good. Hydromassage bathtub, ceiling mounted shower with chromatherapy, multiple bathroom accessories.. The breakfast on the 5th floor, enjoying the views, was very complete: toast, sausages, eggs, bacon, pancakes, fruit, pasta, cakes, various juices and... freshly made coffee, delicious! On the 4th floor, they have a small fitness room, enough to do some exercise during the stay.. The price for the night was 87 euros, plus 5 euros per person per night (10 euros in total) municipal tax.. Unbeatable quality-price.

The hotel have a nice bedroom with unique elegant design, it's close to all sightseeing locations and very convenient for a family to stay. The breakfast is excellent with outstanding service from the staff. I recommend this hotel to all who will stay in Milan. This hotel is truly a four star!
Except fro a tight parking space...but it is manageable compared to other hotels in the area.
